Marion Office: Blood pressure checks every 1st & 3rd Wednesdays from 9a.m. – 11a.m.

Benton Office: Blood pressure checks every 2nd & 4th Wednesdays from 8a.m.-11a.m. & 1p-3p

Cholesterol screening

There is a charge for the 12- hour fasting, full lipid panel cholesterol screening. Check fee schedule.

Marion Office: Cholesterol screenings by Appointment every 1st & 3rd Friday 8a.m. –9:30a.m.

Benton Office: Cholesterol screenings by Appointment every 2nd & 4th Monday 8:15a.m –9:35a.m

 Marion Office:  Immunizations are given on Mondays & Thursdays by appointment from 8:30a.m.-11a.m. & 1p.m.-3p.m.

Marion Office Walk-in Late Clinics are on the 1st & 3rd Thursday from 4p.m. – 6p.m.

Benton Office:  Immunizations are given on Tuesdays & Fridays by appointment from 8:30a.m. – 11a.m. & 1p.m. – 3p.m.

Illinois Diabetes Control Program

The Mission of the Illinois Diabetes Control Program is to lessen the burden of diabetes in Illinois communities through prevention and intervention activities in partnership with public and private service organizations.  The Illinois Diabetes Control Program is currently designed to collect data from diabetics in our area.  We are looking for diabetics, regardless of age, sex, race, income or geographic location.  The information obtained will be submitted to both the state and CDC (Center of Disease Control in Atlanta, Georgia) to determine the need or lack of services for diabetics in our area.

 Tuberculosis

TB skin tests

Marion Office: TB skin tests are given on Mondays from 9a.m. – 11a.m. or 1p.m. – 3p.m.  You must return on the following Thursday for TB skin test reading from 8:00a.m. –11:30a.m. or 1p.m.-3p.m.  If TB skin test is not read between 48-72 hrs the test must be repeated.
