We provide immunizations to children, adolescents, and adults in Franklin and Williamson Counties. For those children who qualify through the federal Vaccines for Children (VFC) program, there is a reduced charge. Qualifications for the VFC program include:
- Enrolled in Medicaid
- Does not have health insurance
- Is American Indian or Alaskan Native
- Is underinsured (health insurance does not pay for immunizations)
The following Pediatric/Adolescent immunizations are provided:
- Diphtheria/Tetanus/Pertussis (DTaP)
- Flu vaccine is offered seasonally. Preservative-free flu vaccine is available upon request for children 6 months and older.
- Gardasil (HPV)
- Hepatitis A
- Hepatitis B
- Haemophilus influenza type b (Hib)
- Measles/Mumps/Rubella (MMR)
- Meningococcal conjugate vaccine (type of vaccine used to protect adolescents from certain types of meningitis)
- Pneumococcal conjugate vaccine (type of vaccine used to protect infants and toddlers from getting life-threatening meningitis and blood infections from certain pneumococcal bacteria)
- Polio
- Rotavirus
- Tetanus/Diphtheria (Td) or Tetanus/Diphtheria/Pertussis (TdaP)
- Varicella (Chickenpox)
The following Adult immunizations are provided:
- Gardasil (HPV)
- Hepatitis A
- Hepatitis B
- Flu vaccine is offered seasonally.
- Polio
- Meningococcal conjugate vaccine (type of vaccine used to protect adolescents and college-aged adults from certain types of meningitis)
- Measles/Mumps/Rubella (MMR)
- Pneumonia
- Tetanus/Diphtheria (Td) or Tetanus/Diphtheria/Pertussis (TdaP)
- Varicella (Chickenpox)
- Varicella Zoster/Shingles

The CDC has information on child (birth to 6 years) shot schedules, as well as adolescent (7 to 18 years) and adult shot schedules. CDC also has Vaccine Information Statements on each vaccine the health department offers.
