Administration is charged with the responsibility of providing the general management tasks of planning, organizing, staffing, coordinating, promoting, controlling, innovating, motivating, budgeting, evaluating, directing and grant writing as well as the responsibility of providing quality, effective, efficient health services whereby the returns for tax dollars will be maximized.
